Thanks again family of God for hearing the King and providing for us.  It may not be much to look at from the outside but this little church sure kept us out of the cold for two nights.  We moved on from Ft. Garland and completed the first half of our journey a few miles past Alamosa.  We were invited to stay tonight at the River of Life Church in Alamosa.  A young man of God, Sage Theurer, took us in with Pastor Devine’s approval and opened the doors and the hearts of the church to us.  They welcomed us not only for tonight but for tomorrow night also.  It makes it so much easier when we know that we don’t have to pack everything up so we can just get up and go.  I know we say this in every state, but these brothers and sisters in Colorado are just super.  We bought some winter clothing with a kind and much appreciated gift from First Pentecost in Franklin NC.  Wolf Creek Pass is only days ahead and at over 10,000 feet we know we will need the extra gear.  We ate at the fabulous Calvillo Mexican Buffet to celebrate reaching the halfway point in our journey, super food and some of the friendliest people you could hope to meet.  Lots of time tonight to recollect the awesome grace of God that has kept us and provided for us as we endeavour to do his bidding across this nation.

(For Adam) Brother, God put you in our path because He loves you and He has great plans for you.  The enemy has beat you up pretty bad for awhile, but your Father in heaven sent this raggeddy group 1,500 miles to tell you how much you mean to Him.  We told you that we had no plans of being where you were but at the last minute we changed plans.  God did all that for you.  Ask Him to show himself to you and I know He will.  Be strong and be humble, call anytime.
